By booking any session, class, or event with Tamrin Feldman-Laporta, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, and Tamrin Feldman-Laporta reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

• Booking:

  • All 1:1 and private sessions booked through this website require advance booking and payment to confirm your spot. Payments are securely processed via our website’s booking system. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the session details.
  • For events or group gatherings hosted by Tamrin Feldman-Laporta, registration is required, and spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Details of payment deadlines and requirements are provided in the event descriptions.
  • For yoga classes booked through an external studio, please refer to the studio’s booking and cancellation policies.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations for 1:1 and private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or to reschedule the session without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, except in documented cases of emergency. This policy ensures that spaces can be reallocated effectively and fairly to other clients.
  • For events or group gatherings, cancellations made at least seven days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the event may not be refunded but can often be credited towards future events at Tamrin Feldman-Laporta's discretion.

• Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you need to reschedule a 1:1 or private session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to retain your session without additional fees.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will incur a rescheduling fee, except in cases of emergency.
  • Events and group gatherings may not always allow for rescheduling due to the structure and organisation of these events.

3. Confidentiality Agreement
Your privacy is paramount. All information shared in 1:1 sessions, including personal, health, or emotional disclosures, is held in strict confidence. Records of sessions are securely maintained and are not shared with third parties unless legally required.

For group sessions and events, we uphold a strict confidentiality policy. By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of all attendees and to keep any information shared by others in strict confidence. This helps create a safe, supportive environment for everyone.

Please be aware that photography may occur at some group events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, notify Tamrin in advance or at the event, and we will ensure your preference is accommodated.

4. Health Disclaimer and Client Responsibility

• Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Holistic healing sessions and yoga classes are complementary therapies and should not replace medical or psychological care. Clients should consult their GP or healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practices, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions.
• Client Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any relevant physical or emotional conditions prior to each session.
• Assumption of Risk: By participating in sessions, classes, or events, you acknowledge and accept any risks involved in holistic and physical practices.

5. Client Intake and Health Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
Prior to your first session, depending on the type of session booked, you will be asked to complete a Client Intake and/or a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This form helps ensure a safe, personalised experience and allows us to tailor sessions to your needs. Please inform tamrin of any changes to your health or well-being prior to each session.

6. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to treat the practitioner and other clients with respect. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the session without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including guides, blogs, and written resources, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Liability Waiver
By booking a session, class, or event, you agree to release Tamrin Feldman-Laporta from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This waiver applies to all services, whether in-person or online.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively in UK courts.

10. Ethics and Professional Standards
As a healer and yoga teacher, I adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in my practice. Your well-being and safety are always my top priority.

Consent
Consent is central to my work. For every healing session, explicit consent will always be sought for any hands-on practices. You have the right to refuse touch at any time, and sessions can and will be conducted off the body if you prefer. Your comfort and boundaries are respected and upheld throughout our work together.

Specialised Care
It is my responsibility as a practitioner to ensure that you receive the care that best meets your needs. If I feel that your circumstances require more specialised or alternative support beyond the scope of my practice, I reserve the right to decline providing services and will do my best to guide you toward appropriate resources or professionals.

Professional Affiliations
