I’m a healer and yoga teacher dedicated to guiding individuals through transformative journeys that reconnect them with their inner strength and potential. With a holistic approach that honours the mind, body, and spirit, I support you in embracing your fullest capacity and living an empowered, authentic life.

My Path
My own journey with mental health led me to become a healer when I found conventional methods of therapy lacked the depth I was seeking. Ultimately, the therapeutic approaches I experienced didn’t feel holistic and failed to connect with me. Now I understand why: I believe we are holistic beings with a body, mind, energy and soul/spirit and when it comes to healing we need to address all parts of ourselves in the process.
Now, 15 years later, I am a qualified and accredited healer and yoga teacher who supports clients to live their lives at their full capacity and potential. I am incredibly passionate about the work I do and am immensely grateful for the amazing people who I’ve worked with over the years. I learn as much from my clients as they learn from me and our path together is always a collaborative and expansive one.
My Approach
Whilst I carry deeply spiritual and ancient wisdom; I am also a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a friend and a businesswoman. In other words, I am out here in the real world living life. I understand that committing to ourselves and our healing journey can be challenging in today's world - which often requires so much from us.
For this reason, my approach to healing is both practical and deeply intuitive. The healing tools I use are spiritual whilst being grounded in daily reality. Embracing our day-to-day circumstances, we can still create moments where we prioritise deep connection with ourselves and develop practices which feel authentic to us.
As the world evolves, so does our knowledge. I am forever learning and love to expand my practice and wisdom from the esoteric, spiritual, scientific and psychological realms. I believe we are living in exciting times and as the world shifts and changes, our need for a deeper connection to something greater than ourselves grows. As we journey deeper into understanding ourselves and the world around us, I believe we are gradually uncovering the profound truth of our own divinity.

Qualifications
- 2 Year Healing Certification, Distinction with the International School of Healing and Intuition and member healer and tutor
- Registered and Accredited with BAHA (British Alliance of Healing Associations) and IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)
- 200 hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and registered with Yoga Alliance
- Barre Instructor Level 1 and Level 2
- Diploma in Plant-Based Nutritional studies
- Specialised Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCT

Associations
I am a member of the British Alliance of Healing Associations (BAHA) and follow their Code of Conduct and professional standards with great care. Alongside my work as a healer and yoga teacher, I am also a tutor at the International School of Healing and Intuition, where I teach an internationally accredited healing course recognised by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and BAHA. These roles allow me to continually deepen my practice and knowledge, ensuring that the care I provide is grounded in integrity, ethics, and the highest standards of holistic healing.
